Terms and Conditions for MyFabricCare Laundry's Service:

At MyFabricCare Laundry Service, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and the utmost care for your garments. By utilizing our services, you are consenting to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below

1.Stain/Color Spread Removal Policy: Stain/color spread removal is charged extra and not guaranteed.

2.Stain Removal Disclaimer: Company does not guarantee 100% removal of stains.

3.Color Fading and Print Damage Disclaimer: There is no guarantee for any fade of colors or damage of prints for the garments.

4.Disclaimer for Torn Fabrics in Laundry Process: Old & Weak fabrics may get torn in normal laundry process, for which the company cannot be held responsible.

5.Color Fading Disclaimer for Laundry/Dry Cleaning Process: The original colors of some fabrics may fade or spread in normal dry cleaning/ laundry process for which company cannot be held responsible.

6.Compensation Policy for Loss or Damage: In the case of loss or damage to the garment during the processing, company shall be responsible for a sum not exceeding eight times of that particular garment processing charges. The compensation shall be given in the form of service but not by cash. This compensation service shall be used on or before one month from the date of delivery.

7.Pocket Checking Responsibility Policy: Checking of pockets at the time of giving garments for laundry, is the responsibility of the customer and no other claims will be entertained at a later date.

8.Garment Inspection Policy: All garments are examined at the time of receiving only. The same will be done at the processing unit also. In case any defect is detected by the processing unit, the same shall be brought to the notice of the customer. Such garments are processed post customer confirmation only.

9.Responsibility Disclaimer for Shrinkage, Color Fading, and Embellishment Damage: The Company cannot be held responsible for shrinkage or fading of color, damage to zari/hand printed work/bead work or thread/embroidered work resulting from normal processing.

10.Garment Acceptance and Liability Policy (or)Garment Acceptance and Shrinkage Disclaimer: Company will not accept garments with damage, cuts, holes, scratches, etc…for processing. Company will not take any responsibility for shrinkage post processing.

11.Delivery Timeframe Disclaimer: Every effort is made to deliver the garments on time, however due to any unforeseen circumstances if the delivery is delayed (prior information will be given to the customer) the customer is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in the charges.

12.Garment Collection Policy and Late Fee Charges: The processed garments must be collected from store within 14 days of communication. Any delay in collecting will be charged at Rs.12 per day after the 14th day.

13.Garment Inspection Policy Upon Delivery: Customers are requested to check the processed garments in front of store executive/delivery executive itself while taking the delivery company is not responsible for any issue once the customer leaves our store premises post-delivery.

14.Extra: Company will charge an additional amount Rs.100/- for delivery below Rs.500/- order value.

15.Jurisdiction Clause for Disputes: All disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction.


Payment Terms

1.The Company does not issue printed bills; invoices will be sent exclusively via email to the registered email address.

2.Express delivery will incur double the regular order charges for the customer.

3. Payment of the entire amount is required upon successful delivery of the order.

4. For retail orders, payment is accepted in cash only. Debit or credit cards are also accepted, but customers must inform us beforehand.

5. Customers have the option to purchase a prepaid plan, with payment accepted in cash or by cheque. If paying by cheque, the plan will only become effective after the cheque has been cleared.

6. Taxes will be applied in addition to the rates listed on the website.

7. Prepaid plans are valid only at the location where the customer purchased the plan.

8. Any cashback offered to customers will be provided in the form of services, not as monetary refunds. The cashback amount will be credited to the customer's MyFabricCare account.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

1.Any additional amount paid by the customer for a retail order can be refunded by the Company upon request.

2.Balances available in "Prepaid" plans are non-refundable and non-transferable to other customers.

3. Users can cancel their order at any time before the actual pick-up without incurring cancellation charges.

4. If the Company declines to process any article for any reason, the order amount for that article will either be refunded to the retail customer or added to the prepaid balance for prepaid plan customers.

5. Customers wishing to cancel an order for any reason must do so within 2 hours of the pickup of articles.

6. Once an order is punched and processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Coupons & Discounts Policy:

At MyFabricCare Services, we offer various coupons and discounts to enhance your experience. Please review the following policy regarding the use of coupons and discounts:

Coupon Application: Coupons can only be applied by customers using the MyFabricCare mobile app on the available platform.

Limitations: Once an order is placed and an invoice is generated, coupons cannot be applied retroactively.

Exclusivity: No two or more discounts, coupons, or offers can be clubbed together for a single transaction.

Protection of Personal Information: We never sell your personal information, such as your phone number, address, or email ID, to any third party.

Third-Party Services: We may engage other companies to provide limited administrative and communication services on our behalf, such as hosting sites, processing and delivering mailings, providing customer support, or handling credit card processing services. In such cases, we may disclose your personal information to these third-party companies for the purpose of administering and maintaining the features, functions, and operations of our website and app. These companies will only be permitted to access the personal information necessary to deliver the requested services, and we do not authorize them to use your personal information for any other purpose.
